I'm suppose to be doing my revision hw for my training but im just so tired alr. .
Alr 1+ am now.. i guess it shud be alrte even if we dont go ba. the most get wrong ans or copy tml..
So ders this colleague of mine tts married since he was 19yrs old. has his own house now, 4 rm flat with his wife and he just came out frm NS.
ive always wondered. how much money / cpf do u at least need to get a 4 rm flat? for myself, my minimum requirements is to get a 4 rm flat man... one for me and my future spouse, one for nik and another rm for our future children. Whats the downpayment like? and all dose renovation and furniture needed. how much will they cost? hmm... one sofa in the living rm ( a nicer one ) can easily cost 1k+.. i don even have tt type of savings now to buy a few furniture.. omgzxzx.
People feel tt im planning so early. but its not for my sake. for me, i wud have just wana stay wit my parents as long as i can. i live in master bedrm now somemre.. shiok2.
but for nik.. hes growing, he needs space. don think my hse has a gd environment for a child to grow up.
