Ok so today was my 1st day at crazyelephant (clarkequay) its a PT job..
Dont intent to work v long also.. like min 5wks.. max 2 mths or so??
1.Stressful-
Need to rmb cust faces/names. rmbing faces is ok but names?! also diff custs , depending on how much they spnd & how often they frequent the pub, have diff discounts.. then how to rmb?! alamak. at the end of today i think i can only rmb 3 names. the rest can rmb either only face or name. =.=
Imagine la, one shot tell u, ok sitting here is simon,vinny,ana, over der is paul,dawg,roger and at table 101 is sally & melcom, (examples) then had to learnt the POS system. had to rmb table nums, arghhh im not even familiar with the menu? and the list goes on... bla3.
2.Tiring-
I actually wore slippers to work but gt like 3 blisters on each feet. can u imagine like how much i walked abt? =.= & even thou everything is in place uhave to keep walking, if u stand at a spot for more then a min, looks like ure lazing.
Ok lor tts the two main things i wana elaborate only. Overall was OK la, colleagues quite helpful, tips not bad.. somewhat expected la since befre starhub i was at stjames.
Just tat here uve to mk the effort to rmb names & table nos.
ok i shud be like sleeping now but i haven showering cos gt mad HUGE dragonfly in my toilet =((( i scared of em. how.. help me catch pls!~!
